Terms of Service

1. Who we are

zenners.gg ("Zenners", "we") is operated by Yew LLC, which also runs yew.gg and related storefronts. These Terms of Service are a contract between you and Yew LLC. By creating an account, buying a membership, or using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use Zenners.

2. What Zenners is

Zenners is software that turns plain-English requests into GPC scripts for the Cronus Zen, checks them against the GPC language rules, and stores them in a personal library you can download from or have emailed to you. Zenners is a tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or supported by Collective Minds (the maker of the Cronus Zen) or any game publisher.

Scripts are generated by an AI model. They are checked for language correctness, not for how well they perform in a specific game, and we don't promise a script will do exactly what you asked, work on every firmware, or keep working after a game update.

3. Accounts

You sign in with a Whop account. You must be at least 13 years old, or the age of digital consent where you live if that is higher, and old enough to hold the game accounts you use scripts with. Keep your Whop login secure — activity on your account is your responsibility. One person per account; don't share access.

4. Membership, usage and billing

• Price. Membership is $20/month, billed by Whop in advance each month until you cancel. Whop's own terms apply to the payment itself.
• Included usage. Each month includes a fixed amount of AI usage (shown on your Usage page). Building scripts, web searches the assistant runs, and images you attach all consume it. When it runs out you can wait for the next period or buy a top-up.
• Top-ups. Top-up credits are one-time purchases, never expire while your account exists, and are used after your monthly allowance. They have no cash value and can't be transferred.
• Cancelling. Cancel from Whop at any time. You keep access until the end of the paid period. Your library stays downloadable while your account exists.
• Changes. We may change pricing or what a membership includes with at least 14 days' notice by email or on the site. Changes apply from your next billing period.

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

5. Your scripts

You own the scripts Zenners generates for you, including any code you upload, to the extent the law allows ownership of AI-assisted output. You give us a licence to store, process and display them so the product can work (for example, to show them in your library, email them to you, or use an earlier version as context for a later change).

If you choose to publish a script, its public page shows the name, description, game and a generated preview — never the source code. You can unpublish at any time. Sharing scripts with other members inside the product isn't available yet; when it is, it will be opt-in.

Don't upload code you don't have the right to use. If you believe a published script page infringes your rights, email biz@yew.ggwith the page link and we'll look at it promptly.

6. Acceptable use

The full list is in our Acceptable Use policy. In brief: don't use Zenners to harass people, cheat in ways that break the law, resell the service, scrape it, or try to get around usage limits, rate limits or safety controls.

7. Game rules and risk

Many games prohibit macros, scripts and hardware adapters, and publishers can and do ban accounts or hardware for using them. You use scripts at your own risk. We are not responsible for bans, suspensions, lost progress, lost items or any other action a publisher or platform takes against you.

8. Our content

The Zenners name, mark, design, guides and the software itself belong to Yew LLC. You may not copy, resell, or build a competing service on top of them. Our free guides may be linked freely.

9. Termination

You can delete your account from Settings at any time; this removes your chats, library and profile immediately. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or the Acceptable Use policy, or where we're required to by law. If we close your account for a reason other than a violation we'll refund the unused part of your current period.

10. Disclaimers

Zenners is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't guarantee uptime, that generated scripts are free of errors, or that they will suit your setup or a specific game version.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Yew LLCand its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, game accounts or goodwill, arising from your use of Zenners. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits; in that case they apply to the extent permitted.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Yew LLCis organised, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Where consumer-protection law in your country gives you rights that can't be waived, those rights are unaffected.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the site or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use Zenners after that date means you accept the new terms.
