Step-by-Step Setup Guide

Plug your Cronus Zen into the left-side port of the Cronus Zen device, with the other end going into your PS5 DualSense controller.
Hold down the PlayStation button on your DualSense to turn on the controller.
On your PS5, go to Settings → Accessories → Controllers → General.
Set Communication Method to Use USB Cable.
Go back to General → Advanced Settings and confirm the option reads Turn Off Bluetooth — this means Bluetooth is currently on, which is exactly what you need.
Navigate to Turn Off Accessories and hover over your controller in the menu — do not select it yet.

Use any USB-C cable you have

Hold the Zen in position before plugging in

The video recommends gripping the Cronus Zen in one hand so you can plug the cable in smoothly with that same hand, while your other hand stays on the controller holding Right on the D-pad. Getting your grip ready before you start makes the timing much easier.

Troubleshooting
